"We visited for dinner service, Loved the fried rice, hot and sour soup, sweet corn chicken soup. Veggie Lhasa Momos. Had a take out order of chilli chicken. I was a bit disappointed that Thali was not served for dinner, but now we have an excuse to visit again.Reasonable cost, cozy clean place. Friendly service."

"So, the amazing Toronto Chinatown on Spadina Avenue has many restaurants to choose from, however we decided to park up and walk a little before choosing a place to eat in. There were more places to choose from on the other side of the road...from New Sky, but something made us decide to eat here.... We promptly seated, clean and nicely decorated inside and fairly busy. Menu was fairly priced with a wide range of dished to choose from. I chose the Beef in Curry on Steamed Rice and my fellow diners chose Shrimp Dumplings Noodles Soup. Very satisfied with the food. Beef was soft and perfectly cooked, curry sauce was mild but tasty and rice perfectly cooked.Only one small issue, too many onions! Fellow diners were also satisfied with their Shrimp Dumplings Noodles Soup as it was a very good flavoursome warmer as it was very cold that day in Toronto. Very glad to decided to eat here and were very impressed with the surroundings,food and service received. Only small issue is that the restrooms are in the basement and you have to climb down some very steep stairs and this can be difficult if you have reduced mobility and impossible if you are wheelchair bound. Otherwise, New Sky Restaurant is a highly recommend choice when visiting this part of town."

"Purely delicious. These are the best soup dumplings I?ve ever had! Plus, they have a generous lunch menu that will easily fill you up. The staff is incredibly kind and hospitable, and there is plenty of seating. Also, unlike most restaurants these days,the bathroom was super clean and fresh smelling. I will be coming back here regularly."

"One of the few decent options for dim sum in South Surrey. It’s no Kirin but has some different options not offered on traditional/usual dim sum menu. Most choices are good, however I would avoid any of the “rice roll” items, (usually overcooked), especially the “Chinese donut” roll as they changed the wrapper to pink/food coloured which is unusual. Recommend: Shanghai dumplings are good but not the best. Squid with chilli (which was taken off the menu, but you can still order it). Congee is also decent. Scallop/shrimp dumplings are good as well."
