"Service is fast but I feel like this place is hit or miss for their drinks. I like their Royal Milk Tea and Lavender Milk Tea, boba consistency was good, and I liked ordering the fish balls. But when I got their Roasted Oolong Milk Tea it wasn't balanced. For that drink, the tea was too strong and overpowered the milk. It wasn't enjoyable. For most of the drinks I ordered my drink is sealed correctly, but on one occasion my drink was leaking out. Lastly, the price has gone up over the years but the quality of the drink service hasn't matched. I remember that service was much nicer back then. Anyways, drinks are ok but for the price I'd just go somewhere else."

"I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of service since the recent ownership or management change at Swish Swish. The service has become nonexistent, and it's hard to find servers around when needed.During our most recent visit, our orders were missing several items, on THREE separate orders! I've ordered the same items over and over again and yet they were never delivered!! When I pointed this out, the server responded with an attitude, practically throwing the menu at me.What's even more perplexing is that we visited on a quiet Tuesday night, so it's not like the staff was overwhelmed or busy, which could have explained the lack of good service.The extremely long wait caused us to lose our appetite, which was particularly disheartening as we had come to celebrate some good news.To make matters worse, they've changed the flavors of my favorite broth, the Thai tom yum. It used to have a flavorful and tart taste, but now it's watered down and bland.Considering there are plenty of hot pot options in the east side area, I can't see any compelling reason to return to Swish Swish. This has been an extremely disappointing experience."
