"The food is alright, the drinks are pretty good, I think they 're understaffed because every time I go there, some seats and tables are just really dirty and sometimes they 're the only seats available. They serve board games and they are nice to have, but some of the board games are missing essential pieces to them, and the sorry board game just didn 't have the map, which isn 't the place 's fault, but it 's worth noting. I definitely had lots of fun at this spot. I just wish it was maintained better."

"I got the Matcha Milk Tea with 0% sweetness, and it turns out super sweet. I explained to the staff there, and she replied, The matcha power is sweet. I mean, if they already knew that the tea is super sweet at 0%, I think I least it 's only fair to explain to the customers about the sweetness. I could have gone with other orders or just moved on.It feels quite unfair."

"Conveniently located inside Powell Street Bart near the Starbucks location, for me, is the only pro of this Sharetea.The price for what you get is not warranted. For a Peach Kiwi Oolong with Aiyu $5.95) and added boba $0.75) in a regular sized cup $1.00) this location considers large plus tax SF Health Mandate $0.31) totals $8.01. I would be fine with this price, considering it's San Francisco and inflation in this city is real! BUT the toppings were skimpy to say the least. The portion of boba barely covered the bottom of the cup and did not sit on top of itself in the least as boba should do in a heaping mound. The kiwi was almost nonexistent seeing pieces of green floating rather than a section of green layered in my cup and the lychee which I substituted for the aiyu) followed suit with the kiwi, barely existing in my cup. The tea itself, with zero sugar and zero ice options, was overtly sweet and cloudy in appearance which is not typical of this selection as it is the only one I consistently order regardless of location. Drinking the tea, I felt completely disappointed and longing for the fix I typically get when enjoying Sharetea. I should have just enjoyed the lemon water I brought from home. Yes, it was that bad!"

"I have the passion fruit, orange and grapefruit tee with lychee and it was so amazing! mostly make boba place like this dinge too sweet, so I got it without sugar and it was the best drink I had in a long time. the grapefruit was exactly the correct amount of acid and the passion fruit and orange added a little tanga. that combined with the lychee made the drink so good. that'll be my next time I get back."

"Amazing assortment of Chinese sweets and breads. Everything comes in a sealable bag which is great because it keeps it fresh. So many good things to choose from and it is hard to choose just a few things. Prices are exceptional if you are willing to drive outside of Downtown Chinatown. I would give this place ten stars if I could!"
