"1.) I made reservations for a table with the manager of the restaurant on Thursday, January 12th for a table at their lounge on Saturday, January 14th at 10:00PM as an after wedding reception party for 6 people2.) Another manager on Saturday, January 14th called me at 8:30PM to confirm the appointment. I told them that I would arrive at 10:30PM. He agreed to hold the table for me. 3.) The manager called me at 9:30PM (an hour before my reservation) to cancel my reservation since he was too full even though we confirmed it at 8:30PM. I told them that I was referred by one of the largest full service hotels in Vancouver and this was for an after dinner reception dinner, and they did not care.4.) My friends called another club/lounge that was also at full occupancy on Granville what happened at the Backstage Lounge and they made space for my party since this was for an after wedding reception party. 4.) I called the manager that I made the original appointment on Tuesday, January 17th to see what happened. He said that they were in the right to cancel my reservation since they were full. I emailed the hotel to let them know what happened. And the hotel said that they would have to reconsider recommending this business."

"This was one of those random, "happy I stumbled across it" kind of discoveries. These burgers are quite possibly the greatest burgers I have ever had anywhere, and that's counting a LOT of burgers. Huge, greasy, sloppy, stacked towers of deliciousness made from FRESH marinated beef..... YUMM! I've dreamed of these burgers ever since. Can you open a franchise in Florida, please?"
