"Hubby and my fav restaurant in chch. Amazing food and great service, The Steak is always cooked to perfection and delicious schnitzel and handcut chips. Definatly worth the drive to Sumner for a memoriable meal everytime!!"

"Five stars for the service and hospitality ! New owner is super accommodating and making guests feel special. From the moment we walked in we got a nice and warm welcome and our table was already waiting. Place is vegan vegetarian which is nice as it’s not very common in this city. Portions are generous, so you will not leave hungry for sure. The taste of food is average unfortunately. Vegan Salad was too sour and vegan pizza is made on ready made base with way too much vegan cheese. Tortilla was average as well. Smoothies were delicious and coffee very bitter. We were told that there are some new vegan options coming soon, so will hold off for time being and look forward to something new."

"My wife and I have a coffee here every few weeks over several years now and this is my first review because the server who served us on Monday was brilliant and motivated me to say so. So friendly and showed a genuine interest in us. Well done. Also, we had a light lunch and my salad was very nice. Will order again next time as better than chips or a sweat."

"Ordered a beef pho and pork spring rolls, spring rolls were OK though more the texture of dumplings inside ... the soup however was really bland.. the broth was bland. The beef was chewy, the noodles were stuck to container and a bit soft and there was an off taste to the veges and there wasn't much veges.. having been to Vietnam I've tasted much nicer pho than this... even in NZ. Also you'd think thered be a mix of different beefs like meatballs, beef etc.. not good for $20.50. Still felt hungry after."

"Went with my mum for lunch a couple weeks ago. Food delicious as always. Service was quick although it really wasn't busy. Only thing was they said they didn't get my phone booking but then asked my phone number saw it in the book. One of our favourite Thai places in Christchurch"
