"Went here as we had a reservation at the hotel for our vacation. Saw the prior reviews and decided to give it chance. Got my steak and it had 0 seasoning, my wife got chicken and it was mostly dry. On top of that her carrots weren?t cooked completely through. Other than that our waiter was wonderful. TLDR: food was not worth the money but service was great."

"Wasn?t the worst I?d ever had but certainly not more than 3 stars. The hot and sour soup was temperature warm. Not spicy at all and very sweet and has usual mushrooms not Chinese ones. Which is a first. Wait time was great. The chicken pieces were hard like they were old. The general tso chick wasn?t spicy but too sweet it was more like sweet and sour without the sour. We went on a sat and split the meal which was around 18 bucks bc they don?t have lunch prices onSaturday and as we weren?t too hungry thank goodness! If I lived there I wouldn?t go back. I?d find a better place or learn to make my own."

"We always enjoy our yearly visits to the Old Oyster Factory! The food, wine, waitresses, waiters, hostesses, runners, bussers, bar staff are all excellent professional in executing their jobs!! Keep up the good work, We also like seeing that management has a nice staff recognition program in that we, too, can help to participate in that by dining at your other establishments.....bravo!!"
