"This place is not fancy-very casual, in which did, but they make really good carving. I had the regular old Fritz pig: carving with pommes friites and salat insert (that is carving with fries and salat). simply delicious food. my partner had a special one that had carving. with bbq-soße- he thought the bbq-soße was not an improvement to the carving, but it was on the side so that we simply as a dipping sauce for the pommes. they had mirinda (pepsi version of fanta) instead of fanta, which I better so was just a bonus."

"Le Blé Noir After some executions in the city area of Kiel it was already lunch, my way back to the office led me past the Blücherplatz. I decided to park on the square and take a little lunch in Blé Noir, a bistro restaurant that has been in Kiel for about three or four years and that could always convince me of the first visit. The guest room is relatively small, five tables with four to six chairs are placed in front of a counter, so the remaining area is straight enough to move in the restaurant. In the outdoor area in front of the open front of the restaurant there are about eight more tables with two to six seats each. When I arrived, three more guests were on the spot at different tables when I broke up, about 15 people had taken place in different groups outside. The Blé Noir itself is called Crêperie, Bistro and Café, the focus is on the preparation of Galettes (Crêpes, which are prepared with a very rich book vinegar and are therefore much darker than the well-known Crêpes snacks covered with various ingredients. Here a lot of value is placed on freshness and quality in shopping, and I also want to eat it every time. General information: Parking: free of charge on the opposite Blücherplatz, there also enough parking spaces, you always get one. However, the place is blocked on weekly market days. In the numerous small side streets towards Holtenauer Straße there is still a gap somewhere, but the time to search must be planned. After crossing the street from the Blücherplatz to the Blé Noir and placing me in one of the tables outside, I was immediately greeted by a friendly young lady who could spray French charm due to her visual appearance and her gracefully calm appearance. The friendly, good day, you will feel comfortable here. followed the rich of the menu. I ordered a small Coca Cola (0.2 l, 2, Euro and then began to devote myself to the map. When I resigned about three minutes later, the friendly lady approached the current special offer, a bile variant Hawaii with ham and pineapple and asked for my order that I would like to give up. I am not negative here that no demand has been made with regard to the satisfaction of my person during eating. I'm sure a short gesture would have been enough to bring the lady to the table. About three times I went about the offer of the various gallets with piquant expenses, as I had actually come with the intention to treat myself as a lunch snack. Even before the card was opened, my eyes fell on one of the curtain plates inside, and when the card was picked up and read out, the Cassoulet appeared in front of my inner eye, which was recommended there (a French bean stew with garned bacon and usually very spicy hard sausage. The Cassoulet (Portion to 6.80 Euro made the race. I don't regret this selection either. The correspondingly thick boiled bean stew won its consistency of fruity tomatoes, plus a plentiful inlay mild salty garden bacons and sharp spicy pepper hard sausage. The well-drawn stew was strongly seasoned, the spice mixture harmonized very well. Yarned was the beautifully dressed part in the soup cup with a small cream hood, three slices of fresh baguette bread were added. This meal in today's, very warm weather then also led to a feeling of saturation, the reflection, still after a gallette, was discarded during the meal also time reasons played a role (in German it is actually the gallette or the gallette?!) . Finally, a Cassoulet, like I also in the South of France, has lived there for several years intensively, served also in country guest houses, strongly. For this little delicious full score yes! The ambience This bistro in Kiel is located directly on the lively Blücherplatz, where it belongs. It fits perfectly into the prevailing student scene there. Especially on weekdays, I’m looking forward to simply watching the ride on the market from here and enjoying a cup of coffee and a gallette (has just an example when writing to concentrate this now. You sit here comfortably in the shaved outdoor area, the open front allows you to look into the really simple indoor area, but with creative elements at the right places (painting). There is also the outhouse sale of French food specialties (e.g. sausage and cheese, honey, jams etc.), elements of this series are presented visually appealing in the vase area. Today, unfortunately, a building structure was erected on the outside wall of the house, which was probably a facade work. The team of the Blé Noir has decorated the part of the scaffold that lovingly covers the outdoor seating area with flowers and small lamp ignores (on scaffolding, it was not saved on decoration a beautiful way to make the best of it. A somewhat longer conclusion: Who wants to take a complete main meal here should be prepared to combine two or more of the small dishes offered. Then a proud price will come out, the individual dishes are all about between five and ten euros. If someone wants to take a small snack, which is creative and exceptionally prepared with very high-quality ingredients, he can find a real taste experience here, simple small things that are prepared at a very high level by hand and made with a reliable focus on high-quality ingredients. For this small restaurant I would like to express my great praise here, it enriches the Kiel restaurant scene in its own way. "We had helped this Sunday with a move and were therefore quite hungry. The Balkan restaurant Adria was right on our way home, and since despite the early hour the door was already open and a parking space outside the restaurant was free, we decided to return spontaneously there. Operation About twenty minutes before the beginning of the official opening time, we were greeted behind the door by a waiter who showed himself a bit amazed that we had not reserved. He then led us into the background of the restaurant to the only free table. We just sat down, and the waiter came back and sent us the menus. A little later, he picked up our order and served the drinks shortly afterwards, and later also the supplement salads. During our entire stay in the restaurant, his appearance was always perfect, courteous and in principle friendly, only a smile would have been the bounce on the “I”. Food As can be seen from the name, the restaurant offers Balkan and international cuisine. The menu is complete on the homepage of the house: [here link] As usual in Balkan restaurants, the offer is very meat-loaded, as the only offer without meat, I have made the mirror eggs with roast potatoes, which, however, should be acceptable to the least vegetarians. Tuesday to Friday, from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm, the lunch ticket is included, where a selection of the normal offer is included at discounted prices (8,00 – 10,00 €). Due to our activity on this day we were hungry, and after a short discussion we ordered the “Gourmet Plate (house speciality different varieties grilled meat, abundantly garnished, with rice and fries for 2 people” (28,00 € , plus an apple choir for Madame (0,4l for 3,00 € and a Cola light for me (0,4l for 3,00 €). The salads served in advance consisted mostly of white wort, combined with one or two pieces of red paprika and covered with a small peperoni and slightly smooth parsley. The white cabbage strips were nicely evenly cut and not too large, also well marinated, so they were neither too bite-resistant nor too lashed and very well tasted. What then came to our table a little later was a rather large, well-filled plate, on which a further floor was built by means of some wooden spikes. Numerous pieces of meat were covered with two portions of Djuwetsch rice, at the ends of the plate the obligatory salad dress with orange slices as decoration. For everyone there was a steak, a chop, a meat skewer, a chopper and a slice of grilled bacon. Fresh, hot and crispy fries were served separately in a fairly large bowl. For this amount, the name that was ultimately on the bill seemed more appropriate than the name in the map: instead of gourmet plate there was “Gourmand Plate”.... The quality of the pieces of meat was exalted over any doubt, the taste excellent. Even the rice was very good, but despite the heroic struggle against the masses, Madame finally had to capitulate and packed the rest of the plate to take away. Ambiance The establishment of the house was less rustic than it was commonly used by Balkan restaurants. The furniture and also the different wooden strips on the walls are made of honey-coloured wood, the tables were covered with delicate blue fabric tablecloths and white middle ceilings, which covered places with cutlery and paper napkins. The ceiling is lined with square cassettes into which numerous halogen radiators are embedded. Through several large windows, the guest room also receives daylight from the back of the building. Cleanliness The guest room made a well maintained and clean impression, the tablecloths were clean without spots or patches and also dishes, glasses and cutlery were perfectly clean. We didn't visit the toilets, so no statement is possible."
