"2020 edit: Caribou is best summarized as Inconsistently delicious . The cold crafted press in the AM is one of my favorite things usually and to top it off everyone who works at this Caribou is always smiling and having a good time. I order the same thing but get a different variation of the crafted press almost every time and sometimes its amazing. Coffee is tasty regardless so I usually don 't say anything but that has to be difficult to attract new customers with a couple drinks that usually taste different."

"Great place to eat, fun twists on dishes, with the highest quality ingredients. I had salad shrimp tacos, two enthusiastic thumbs up for each. My friend had a salad the shrimp grits, she said the same about her food. The staff was super friendly, quick, and able to answer questions about the menus. The atmosphere was funky cool, yet cozy. I would 100% recommend this place if you haven't been. If you have, well, then you just know Service: Dine in"
