"If I could rate no stars I would . I haven?t been to Penn station in a very long time and because of the girl here at about 8 pm I will not be back . Not only her the whole staff was more concerned with their own side conversations which included cursing while my young child was with me . She got my husband?s order but completely neglected to ring mine up so after waiting for 15 minutes for our order we had to then order my food again . She got an attitude so we asked for our Receipts and ordered new food . She starts slamming things around and clicking her long fake nails every station she went went . She asked if we wanted ketchup we said yes please and she proceeded to have an attitude and not give us any so we had to ask another employee for some . They were all talking about how they didn?t want to be there and that they were over it which doesn?t make me confident my food will be prepared correctly. This will definitely be my last time at any Penn station ."

"I went today to meet up with a friend I had not seen in well over a year. The coffee was unbelievable! I had a caramel latte with oat milk and I don’t think I’ve EVER had such a well balanced flavor profile in a coffee before. I’m so sad that I don’t live nearby, this would be the coffee shop I’d go to EVERY DAY! The food didn’t impress me though, I had the breakfast burrito and it was very complex. There were too many flavors going on inside it. After a few bites I liked it better, however it was only okay. Not amazing or anything noteworthy. The atmosphere was very nice. I sat and talked with my friend for 3 hours at the counter and the staff was very nice. My friend got a special drink that she didn’t care for after trying, and they made her a new drink free of charge. I’ll definitely have to come back!!"

"Came to the casino for a conference and was very disappointed Ordered the Cuban panini at the Falcon Dinner and it was disgusting. Lesson learned. Don't get pulled pork from a dinner. And their milk shakes are nothing to get excited about. Also the Bakery will serve you coffee from a hand pump carafe into a Starbucks cup because they don't have Expresso machine or frother. Just wished there were better options during my 4 day stay."

"What a jewel! excellent service and excellent eating. I was here for taco Tuesday and let them tell them the fish tacos are the delightful sir! margaritas are well served and delicious. my naves had the new yorker steak sandwich with a side baked bean, he lacked his finger! haha. come hungry."

"Food seemed a little off but I had watched them box it up and it looked fresh from what I could tell. Ate the food and not long after I was getting nauseous, I ran to the bathroom and puked everything up. Had the chills and fever the rest of the night. It’s now the next day and my stomach is still not back to normal."
