"I was shopping around the lot with my kids and we wanted to stop by for some icecream. We then go inside, and are treated so rudely by this young man named Angel. He had refused to let any of us try samples of the icecream and then proceeded to give us what we ordered with the worst customer service and attitude. I love this franchise and the workers are typically very kind but this was a very negative experience for my family and I."

"It was my first time eating at this place so I didn’t t know what to expect. When we arrived we were seated and we waited for someone to approach our table to take our order. When our guy came over, he said the first step is to go to the self serve salad bar so we did. Lot’s of great choices there so we filled up our plates and went back to our table. Then, every few minutes, a different server came by to offer us delicious, hand carved, slices of steaks, shrimp, pork, and pineapple and all tasted amazing! Go hungry and leave very satisfied. We stayed for the NYE celebration as they convert to a nightclub after dinner which was a “off the hook” great time!"

"Visiting after 4 years, definitely I found improved food quality. The Tom Yum soup still was average, but I liked the Beef salad. I have not seen this salad in other Thai places, and this one did impress me. Also ordered Lemongrass chicken that was quite good too, although a bit on the sweeter side. Another disappointment was Roti Curry. The Roti was hard and seemed to be old, cooked and reheated few times.Cannot say it is great food, just an average thai food. In fact I was very upset with their Pad Thai and Full Garlic Fish. Their mango salad was good but again nothing extraordinary from other Thai cusines. Same with Tom Yum soup, I have had better Tom Yum soups"

"I go in there tonight to order a drink. There’s two families in there I am standing in line didn’t even get noticed nothing then one of the employees there turns me and looks and says I have 20 drinks to make. I can’t serve you right now. my thought is what do you mean you can’t serve me you’re open right so now at this point why don’t you want to take my order? I will never go back to this establishment again, and I hope the manager does see this and see how his employees are treating people."

"Nice place for quick coffee and juices or sandwiches. Very cozy seating arrangement and quiet place. Staff are friendly. They don?t have honey if you prefer that over sugar. I really want to see them expand their menu."

"I came in for a late lunch with my mom the other weekend. We shared The Rooster chicken sandwich that has cheddar, applewood bacon, over-easy egg, and house pepper jelly. It had a unique sweet taste to it due to the jelly. It was decent but I'd probably order a savory chicken sandwich next time. We also got a side of the Buffalo Fries which comes with queso, buffalo sauce, blue cheese crumbles, and green onion. The fries were great and I'd recommend ordering this if you like your fries with toppings. The portion size was enough to get two of us full. Overall plucked is pretty good but I think I prefer World Famous Hot Boys in Walnut Creek better for chicken sandwiches."

"We took our family (5kids, 6 adults) up to the Brewery the night before Thanksgiving to help celebrate a birthday. We had amazing service, beer and food. Jake was an incredible server. He kept all of those crazy 5 kids so happy and made the BD girl feel so special. This is such a hidden gem!"
