"We've been coming here for more than 10 years and the 2 older ladies that were here kept everything running smooth and excellent customer service. Well, tonight was the first time we have seen the place in such diasarray, poor customer service, and apparent confusion by 2 of the 3 employees helping customers (young black male and hispanic female). Will wait a couple weeks before trying this place again"

"This was my first time in Zaxby's Chicken in Florida and it was very disappointing. The staff were friendly, but the food was terrible. I ordered the Zaxby's Original Sandwich, and my wife ordered the Chicken Finger Sandwich. The sandwiches and fries were incredibly salty. We could not eat the food. Also, the restaurant was absolutely frigid. On a warm day this place was miserable. This place was nothing like the Zaxby's restaurants I've been to before."

"I haven’t eaten here in awhile but the one time I choose to eat here, they tell us in the drive thru that it will be 20 minutes for chicken, my only question is, when the chicken started selling and the line started growing, why wasn’t more chicken dropped immediately?? You lost atleast two customers bc whoever is managing, well they aren’t doing a very good job. I will try again another day and hopefully I won’t have the same issue."

"Absolutely bland, tasteless food. The fried rice must have been white rice with yellow food coloring, while the brown sauce tasted like salt water. All of our food was lukewarm at best. However, the MOST APPALLING thing was seeing a person waiting for their food using a medical nebulzier just a dozen feet from where food was being cooked. For those of you who don't know what that is, it's a medical device that takes liquid medicine and turns it into a breathable mist. The mist is both inhaled AND breathed out...right next to food being prepared! Health Dept. complaint will follow."

"Honestly, where do I begin? THIS experience was one I will never forget makes me want to travel even more! We stopped on our way through Jacksonville. There was a line for the lunches-sounds good. It was a cafeteria style with lunch specials to pick! I opted for the cornmeal fried fish with collard greens, Southern style!"

"I use to love this place and over the last few years thefood started to decline. The wings for the most part are consistently good but the Philly cheesesteak is really basic now. The price has went up which is normal but now the meat barely covers the bun. I like my steak sandwiches to have more than enough meat. In New York the cheesesteak is 70% meat toppings with 30% bread. This sandwich was 60% bread and 40% meat. Overall need to make the food match the price in value"

"Everything was amazing, I 100% recommend the lemon pepper wings they were the best I've ever had! They have a nice outside area to sit and the food comes out very fast! The pizza was amazing as well and the environment was very welcoming."

"Let 's be honest, it 's a gas station .. they have gas! This isn 't a review about the gas station, although it 's been remodeled with new pumps and a brighter outpost. I 'm referring to a Louisiana based chicken establishment that sits inside of this gas station. Krispy Krunchy Chicken, what a name .. initials KKC, woah, pause! Founded in 1989 in Lafayette, Krispy Krunchy represents everything Cajun spices. Their chicken is not to be compared to what I 'd assume to be their distant cousin, EopPye. Some of their options are white/dark meat, wings, tenders and an option between a honey or blueberry biscuit. Listen, that honey biscuit is top notch .. soft, crumbly *shakes head* there sides include: red beans and rice, macaroni cheese and potato wedges. The wedges is one of the reasons I 'm a regular. As far as the chicken goes, you 'll have juicy, moist meat with Cajun spices throughout, crackling crispy skin and a yearning for just a little more. You 're probably thinking, Chicken out of a gas station? I 'll pass . I was about as boujee as they come; didn 't take a glance over, scoffed and rolled my eyes looking at deals. Don 't be like me, judgmental, I 'm convinced by the unexpected at this point! Check your local RaceWays, they 'll be inside with hot and ready chicken straight outta da grease."
