"I went there and the girl was so patient with me I kept telling her I only wanted green pepper in between everything else that she was putting in LOL and honestly the subs were both so delicious we both really walked out of there So satisfied and it was a pleasant surrounding and the staff was nice. We had a coupon buy one foot long and get another one for free which we did but it would have been normally $19 which nowadays it's the way of the world cuz everything is gone up but it was really really good. I had the honey mustard dressing and I also had her put some vinegar on my turkey sub. I definitely recommend this Subway. I don't like the one that's next to the LA fitness on Stratford Road because one day the girl put a little bit too much meat on mine she made a mistake and the manager told her and he actually pulled it out of my sandwich and threw it away and that really made me feel upset. But that was before the pandemic it was a young guy and he was kind of rude with everybody he was the manager I don't know if he's still the manager there so I will not go to that one on Stratford Road next to the LA fitness but this one is really good and very clean they had this man there cleaning the floors just just a nice place"

I thought I was supposed to get two legs two wings two thighs and two breasts I was highly disappointed for all that money spent but the kicker was they had some lame excuse I'm being nice for giving them a three star"

"Not your typicl fair. some may like. No tea no sodas. Felt like we were paying to be surrounded by high society in a dressed up eatery. Tables too close and there was not even an illusion of privacy or intimacy."

"Stopped off for lunch with family (3 total including me) for wife's birthday on our way back from Asheville. Wasn't busy at all, so we ordered our food, got our drinks like normal, and waited.... and waited.... and waited.... 2 large parties (6-10 each) and a few couples were able to be seated, order, receive, and be midway through their meal before we decided to leave. Our waitress had come by a few times and said it's on the way She refilled my wife and daughter's waters, which I was thankful for, but ignored mine completely. I finally tracked down our waitress and told her to just charge me for the lemonades my wife and daughter drank (not going to get me with dine and dash and we would be on our way. She said some of the food is ready after waiting for over and hour. We ordered a salad, kids chicken, and sesame chicken plate. Nothing fancy or large quantities. Only stopped in since we were traveling. Will be avoiding Winston-Salem for an abundance of reasons, not just this one."

"I've been eating here for 17 years, the food is ALWAYS FANTASTIC. The staff is always friendly. The bartender was as long as I can remember and she makes wonderful drinks!! We also celebrated many occasions here."

"Miserable experience. I ordered The Mighty Pink Puff without being informed that I would not receive the promotional cup if I had it in the smaller Like It size. When receiving my order, I asked if I could simply have a promotional cup. I 'm a small person, I don 't need a ton of ice cream. They said they couldn 't give me the cup, which is acceptable, so we asked if we could pay the difference for the size upgrade, keeping our Like It size and simply receive the cup. They said they called the store owner and the store owner said they absolutely could not provide the cup unless they made the ice cream in the cup in the upgraded size. The store owner must be on a maniacal power trip here, because what they allowed me to do was pay the size difference and make an entirely new ice cream- thus eating the cost of the ice cream they already made me. Anyway, I 've been an ambassador for the character on social media for a few years and according to my observations, many other locations seem to just give extra cups away to people. The most ironic thing is, the store probably throws away unused cups when the promotional period ends anyway. It seems like such a waste. I don 't know what the deal is, if it really does boil down to this regional owner: my dude, it 's just a cup. I 'm a fan of the character and my job entails promoting the character so that 's where I have stakes in this and need just a cup , but I don 't know what your deal is other than utilizing whatever little power you have in this world over making people miserable when they 're buying promotional ice cream representing a family friendly video game franchise."
