"I have food handling concerns and safety concerns for the workers at this location. When was the last time this location was Audited/Inspected? My fiancee ordered mine and his food for me though the Panda Express App last night, my order was a plate (1 main 2 sides) of my go-to: ‘Chow mein, Beijing beef and Honey Walnut Shrimp’ and he already had some food earlier so he wasn’t too hungry and decided to only get an ‘Al a Carte’ small container of his go-to: ‘Beijing Beef’ both orders for take-out (AKA carry-out/to-go). We’ve frequently ordered from this location without any problems, questions, or concerns until last night. I was a bit late coming to pick up my food (this location closes at 10:30PM (22:30), I arrived at 9:22PM (21:22) I go in to pick up my food and because of the time, the normally busy restaurant was quiet and, as expected, the staff was cleaning up and prepping for the next work day so I waited for someone to assist me when they could. In the forefront, however, I saw what concerned me: One of the staff members carrying chicken from the grill (or whatever they use to cook their chicken in/on) to the ‘hot plates’ where customers see the food being served from. The problem is that this staff member wasn’t wearing gloves while handling food, nor hair protection but had beautiful long hair, and carrying the chicken with nothing but tongs and a bare hand under the chicken to catch… drippings or if it fell?? What would she have done if it fell and no customers were there to witness it? I speak-translate-understand Spanish, as did the staff. The older woman that served me exclaimed to the staff member holding the chicken (because for a moment she didn’t know what to do) that it was okay and directed her to put the chicken where it belonged."

"First Linsy's has some or the best El Salvadoran food in the area. Food is 5 stars. The best nachos. They are dusted with blue cheese, different but works perfectly. Great pupusas and burritos. Excellent authentic El Salvadoran food. Water seems to be an issue with the staff. Ordered drinks and they were out of one drink. Asked for a cup of water instead and the waitress had to ask permission from someone else who told me rudely I had to buy water from the caseand only offered me an empty cup to put the bottled water in. He then went back to behind the counter at the grocery store. We spent $35 on food, a cup of water would have been nice.. I will return, and have been eating here for along time. Offering complimentary water as other establishments do would be nice since the food is so good.."
