"High quality, well seasoned (sometimes almost too well seasoned food for a very high price (even by Zurich standards . The lentil salad, for example, costs 16 euros and is (not an exaggeration! only three tablespoons. You can do it, but it certainly won't be my favorite place. But the food is very tasty across the board."

"We spent 3 nights in Zurich and ended up eating here twice. Being our first trip to Zurich, we weren 't familiar with anything and after walking around some streets close to where we were staying, we decided to try Valentin 's. I had a pasta dish and my husband had the Cordon Bleu, which we both enjoyed. After having a disappointing experience at another restaurant the second night in Zurich, we decided to return to Valentin 's on our last night before going home. I had a chicken dish with a cream sauce and butter noodles. My husband at the pork schnitzel with fries and salad. Again both meals were quite tasty and we went back to our hotel very full and satisfied. I also wanted to mention the owners were very friendly.and helpful as we don 't speak Swiss and translated the menu for us. We also found their prices a bit more reasonable after looking at the menus of several other restaurants (I say reasonable as the prices in Zurich are ridiculously high and all-in-all theirs ' weren 't too bad)."

"We were pleasantly surprised in the decoration and ambience. You wouldn't suspect it from outside the building. We took the insider menu. We are still a little confused about the statement that it is a 6-course menu, but they call 4 courses and serve so. Anyway, the food was fantastic, the service was even better. They made us very welcome and showed much attention to detail. We were a little envious that the tapas are served to other guests and will definitely be back to try them out. I would definitely recommend this facility to friends and acquaintances based on our first visit."

"Almost everything is vegan here. The brunch options are very nice and they have three variations of pancakes (Tonca Bean, Classic and Chocolate with Berries). We had the Classic pancakes and they were lovely! Also the Bagel with Scrambled Tofu was delicious and very decadent. I especially love the soups that they make! Service is also very friendly. All in all a very nice place for vegan breakfast, brunch or healthy snack in between. It was almost perfect, but the smoothies were not to our taste (powdery, maybe because of protein powder)."
