"I had been wanting to come here for a while, i don't know what took me so long came herw on a Wednesday night upon arrival I was greeted and sat right away, the server took our drink order right away.we ordered the original horchata and you can tell its homemade so flavorful and refreshing.then we ordered the queso, very creamy and flavorful but the chips, the chips stole the show definitely home made. We order the tacos all carbon, and the Gringas, the Gringas had the al pastor meat, with the fries, salsa verde frah pineapple, onions and cilantro and habanero salsa on the side that you MUST order. The tacos am carcon where ordered 1 carnitas that was food but tastes more like a taco de canasta, 1 steak a la diabla for my liking it was too salty and one chicken which was ok. The cilantro rice was great!!! We could not leave without dessert and we are so happy we ordered it, if you buy anything buy the FLAN, its creamy, sweet , light, and the perfect touch of caramel!!! I will be going back to try other plates!Oh and the service was amazing!!"

"Great food and kind service. only thing i will say is they tend to skimp out on the salsa. i ordered 5+ items and got 2 salsas. now ive learned to ask for one salsa per item while im ordering or when you go up after you order they will try to charge you for extra ."

"Cafe Rio was 'What 's for Lunch? ' on Sunday after church. The order line works like a Subway, but the food is much better. It moves along. Tortillas are fresh made as you watch, the veggies are fresh daily and the food is served as it would be along the river which is the namesake. Expect to pay more for this. Dinner for 7 was over $60. The salad was served in a fresh tortilla with a choice of entree meat, and a dressing choice. Rice and beans and steak, as the meat, are upgrades. The dining room is large and decorated with charming tin ware lighting and other Mexican style furnishings. Cafe Rio is located in a strip mall and the parking is shared. The restrooms are clean and stocked."
