"Great service, relaxed ambiance, and wonderful, inventive food. We loved the quirky two-person booths that put us side by side at a small table. It has been years since our last visit and the menu continues to evolve, inspired by Mexican and Southwestern cuisines with the chef’s unique inspirations. As much as we wanted to explore the menu, we made our bets. I went with the watermelon salad, which was wonderfully light and summery with watermelon and blueberries with a solid foundation of tart arugula. My main was the much reviewed and acclaimed short ribs. This was a very interesting dish. The short ribs were wrapped tightly together after searing in a cylinder that was wonderfully glazed with a slightly sweet barbecue sauce. The cylinder was topped with onion rings attached with mashed potatoes with chives blooming from the top. It was served bedded in a verde hominy sauce that was in wonderful contrast to the barbecue sauce. Spectacular as plated and a truly memorable meal. We need to get back again, soon."

"The vibes was sports bar personally not a vibe for me. Food was delicious they did over do the chicken on top of the waffle fries it was more chicken than fries. The breakfast quesadilla was delicious 10/10. The water was not the best the staff looked like they rolled out of bed and came to work ewww. The margarita was horrible the mimosas was good although they did not let us take some to go was for sure upset about that! Personally not returning!"

"I ordered the Quesadilla with Carnitas, Street Tacos with chicken, and a side of Guacamole. This place BY FAR, has the best guacamole I have ever eaten. The portions were very large, with plenty of meat ingredients . I wasn apos;t expecting it, but we also received refried beans rice, and a bag of tortillas. The flavors were on point, tasting each ingredient, great sauces as well (green red). The only thing I wish- was that for my "street tacos" that the shells were skillet fried. Other than that, you won apos;t be disappointed! I can apos;t wait to try more!"

"I've eaten in many Mexican restaurants and this is by far the highest Mexican food I've ever had. The staff is top notch the servers are amazing, the place is clean and well maintained. They are attentive and take care of all your needs. I am very impressed by this place and definitely this is the beginning when you ever come to Salt Lake City"
