"The best Chinese restaurant in town for the past 40+ years (20+ for me). From the food to the hospitality, everything is top notch. My favorite is the black pepper shrimp (I add crispy tofu), brown rice and hot and sour soup. I cater quite a bit from here and the food is always a hit at the office. Everyone LOVES the giant cabbage egg rolls. We have also enjoyed some great wines there too. Every time I come in, there are other regulars that have memories over many years. It is a true staple in the galleria area from every day dining to large parties in their private room."

"We have eaten in hong 's much time generally have enjoyed the experience. we decided it would be the perfect place for a post star was not Christmas dinner. we approached the meal with lower expectations, because it was a holiday and we were not disappointed. ok, we were, but we were mostly allowed. Nevertheless, while we did not expect the usual attention we experience, we were served by the other parties - one without reservation - well before we even got our drinks. we had to ask for each part of the meal, including a wine list and order. a court - walnut honey prawns - was hardly warm, and the walnuts were replaced by pecans. the other, a sizzling beef special, was in order. the only thing that came fast was the leak. it was especially galling when an older couple next to us when we were finished were treated with exceptional care and attention, the server over every aspect of the meal and brought their drinks and appetizers immediately. we could not help but ask if our poor service had something to do with two women eating together. Maybe it was that we were 'from a side of the front dining room, where we were placed in front of a sharp door, to the other where it turned out that we were in front of an equally scary window. who knows? but in a particularly cold night, this cold added to an overall unsatisfactory experience."

"Our first choice for Chinese food in the area. Location is not great (between liqueur and laundry mat), but food is good and service is usually good and fast. They are a recurring customer they remember you. Salt and pepper green beans are AWESOME, we eat them like French fires that have a little fried bread and are made with jalapenos that give them a small kick. I like the beef broccoli and her Mongolian sauce is really good. Lunch specialities all week are a good offer."
