"We were using this restaurant a lot for family occasions. It was centrally located for all family members to attend. Last year, during one of these occasions, I ordered a soup and ribs. Soup had absolutely no taste and ribs tasted boiled. I did not...go for something exotic, I went for very basic food which every rotisserie serves and this experience was pathetic. Judging from the unfinished plates that went back half eaten, I would say that it was a shared opinion. This year, needless to say, we changed restaurants."

"I watched the man who was entertaining to female employees one of whom went into the bathroom and brought out a trashcan full of waste and tissues from human waste, into the cooking area, then the man prparing the food with his bare hand reached in the trash can then with the same uncleaned hand went directly back to preparing my food, using the same unwashed hand to put my fries in the bag then hand it to me. As well as, while distracted, he comepletely forgot my drink that was ordered. I was appaulled at the carelessness of the server. And the unclean actions performed right in front of me, all while laughing and carrying on."
