"I was debating which flavor ice cream to get at Amy 's. The cashier recommended the Mexican vanilla, but as I love chocolate I was deciding between the Belgian and dark chocolate flavors... I asked the cashier and he recommended the dark if I want something richer and more chocolate y. Honestly, it was still too sweet for my liking. I rarely don 't finish ice cream, but I could only eat about half my scoop. Also I didn 't get any toppings or crush 'ns ... it seems like a Coldstone type of place where they can mix the toppings into the scoop on a cold stone. Maybe that would 've better balanced the plain scoop of ice cream.Amy 's was walking distance from our dinner spot, I don 't know if I necessarily would go out of my way to visit there again.Hats off to the cashier who stayed open a few mins late to accommodate the patrons in line!"

"This location is attached to a Phil's Icehouse which should be renamed Fly's Icehouse There were no less than 100 flies in the restaurant. It was hard to eat with all of them boxing around. We are outside and the problem was still abundant with the flies. Also the tables outside don't appear to be cleaned very well. There was moldy food, dirt and dust trapped under the grate of the table and many of the benches we're loose from missing bolts. I even saw a huge fingernail trapped under the grate of my seat. The kids playground had a broken and neglected Cornhole set that looked dangerous. I will say the staff was friendly and the food was fine. Overall it was a gross experience."

"Absolutely awful customer service. The employees were unbelievably rude and took their precious time making my extremely simple order. I bought a chocolate ice cream cone and had to wait for over 20 minutes while they continuously made online orders their priority. While paying, the employee at the counter asked loudly if I wanted to tip and when I said no, she rudely told me to go wait on the other side of the establishment. To add, the rest of my party had multiple mistakes in their orders. One was given a completely different flavor and another was missing an add on that was previously paid for. Finally, after the never ending wait I received my order, and there was a hair in it. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and if I could leave zero stars, I would."

"My family was a few days in austin. Once we discovered lucky lab, we went there every day. the personal is amazing and the coffee fantastic. but my absolute favorite is the strawberry bakery and the turkey/pepperjack bakery. these two articles are like nothing I ever had, I recommend lucky lab."
