"We love going to this place!The 4 star review is due to an incredibly rude exchange that I witnessed between a supervisor and his employee. She was doing her best, to keep up with the rush of people on a beautiful spring evening and doing quite well. He was speaking down to her and distracting her while she was trying to work. She was acknowledging what he was saying and he stopped her and said ‘don’t wave me off’ or something to that effect. I was hoping that I would have her serve me, because I intended to give her a generous tip for putting up with that garbage.Anyway, if you see this, you did a great job, and I suggest you walk out on that horrible boss.Otherwise, the ice cream is amazing"

"First I usually don't write these things unless ask to.I went to this dunkin this morning 3/18/23. I order a plain bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel wasn't toast it was like just heated up. It was rubbery and no cream cheese on it. I didn't have time to go back so I had to make the best of it.The reason I gave a three was because the kid at the window was ok and I ask for a plastic bag and the kid gave me one. Besides that I will say if you as a worker ask for a bagel toasted and you received a bagel like I got would you eat it. As a worker put yourself in the customers shoes. I don't believe in the customer is always right but a bagel that looks like what I got wasn't even toasted.I hope management turns up the toaster.The picture is after I put the cream cheese in it. The bagel was like eating a rubber glove."
