"I don't typically go on and on about service in my reviews as I'm all about the food but this experience was exceptionally bad. For our first meal in NS and after we were seated in the cold dining room on a cool day, we were left for nearly 15 minutes without a server making eye contact (and it wasn't even busy). I finally went and asked the hostess if she could send someone. The waitress that came was quite cool, not friendly and we waited an exceptionally long time again just to get soup. The chowder was very rich compared to others we had on our trip, but good. The bruschetta was nothing special and had we been told that we would get naan bread and dip (which was very good) we wouldn't have even ordered it. As we were paying with a machine our waitress walked away to do something else and so after waiting so long already we just left taking our own receipt. It was really disappointing and despite staying in the hotel we decided not to return for breakfast not wanting a repeat experience."

"If you wanna wait in a 2 person line for 15 minutes this is the place to go! I don't blame the minimum wage employees as they look heavily understaffed, the management looks awful and this timmies never has anything on the menu after 3 pm. it is outright ridiculous!!"

"We were a group of 8, thankfully, it's a very large space and they accommodated us for lunch with ease. The food was awesome!!! Everyone agreed, every bite was delicious! The service was great, very enthusiastic and friendly waitress. The staff all work together to ensure everyone is getting what they need.Highly recommend eating here!"

"Love this restaurant its been a family favorite for years. However today after being there (Aug 26, 2023) I was not very impressed with the cleanliness. The carpet was completely grease stained and sticky from the staff going in and out of the kitchen area. It's as if the carpets have not been deep cleaned in years. Please for the sake of the business replace the carpet I think its past the point of deep cleaning."
