"Just out walking one night looking for something different and came across this restaurant/pub. Relaxed atmosphere, lovely young staff and great burgers. Also a large drinks menu including craft beers. Will definitely go back."

"We were disappointed that there was no seating available, but luckily it was a lovely day and we could either sit on the grass or low wall or benches. I really enjoyed my hummous and falfalel wrap, one of the best I've had in ages....My partner had the cheese and ham toastie, and he thought it was good too. We only drank cokes. We both thought it was pricey for in total, but it was tasty, we enjoyed the lovely location and especially the live music playing, and the service was nice too. It was a shame the toilets were not open, but we found toilets further down at Crammond phew. All in all, the views are lovely and we enjoyed ourselves."

"Enjoyed the pool tables, food was nice unfortunately worst bar service/staff I've experienced in years. Without exaggeration took easily 20/30mins to get served (moderately busy bar). Having worked in bars for years I understand the day to day struggles of the job but this was like nothing I've experienced before. Advice.....hire proper bar staff please."

"I heard about this place before so I didn't expect anything else than a great hot dog. And that's exactly what I got! I ordered a Top Dawg with tomatoes, onions, jalapenos and Louisiana hot sauce. It was good and spicy and exactly to my taste. Emily Campbell went for the Lazy Dog and was quite happy with hers as well. Overall we liked the food and the lady that served us but there was no one else in the resturant at around on Saturday which was rather strange. There was no atmospehere! I would advise them to pull up their blinds which were almost all the way down at that time. The concept is good but I don't think many people know the restaurant is there. If they push marketing a little bit more this could become a trendy place to go to in Leith."

"The kelpies were such a fun surprise. I had been told since I can't walk far that I wouldn't get to see them, but I brought my American handicap placard and had been told that it works in the UK as well. So when we pulled up we simply showed the placard and they are showed us right up to the front next to the cafe and gift shop and museum area and to the kelpies themselves. The informational video was awesome. It really taught me a lot about the area and the history of the kelpies. I would highly recommend visiting it if you're traveling that way. I don't know if it'll become one of the wonders of the world, but they certainly are intriguing, unique, and a fun break from driving."
