"I have tried the location 3 times. The first time I was the second person in the line and ordered a medium fries. That was it. Over 10 minutes later it was served. 2 people behind the counter, 1 in the kitchen.Second time was a bit better about 5 minutes for a plain fry with no one else in the line.The third time there were three people behind the counter and one in the kitchen. The three behind the counter were having a discussion and although I know they had seen me, continued to talk amongst themselves. After about 30 seconds their coworker in the kitchen said "Guys, you have a customer". The co-worker replied, "Yes, but I am telling her something and I'll get to him" The person in the kitchen took the order and the person who was ignoring me shot me an annoyed glance.That was the last and final time this location will have me as a customer."

"EDIT: Recently visited Pong's again and got the medium Stranger Frings Poutine (fries and onion rings poutine). The food is as good as ever though prices have gone up because of inflation. Love that they layer the fries/rings, cheese curds and gravy so you get consistent bites. Comes in a clamshell that will barely close. Delicious gravy. Super crispy shoestring fries. Prepared fresh. Haven't had a proper poutine in years and this may be the best I've ever had. Love that they use shoestring fries and fried extra crispy to hold up to the cheese and gravy. Gravy is full of flavour and delicious. Curds were melty but still had that rubbery texture in the middle. Value is there too. The medium is quite a large portion with the clamshell barely closing shut."

"Food: I didn't know what to order so I got several different buns: Turkish zatar, hot dog, chicken floss, meat and cheese and a cinnamon bun also came with the tomato soup that I ordered. They all tasted great!Atmosphere: Clean little place. Looks new inside.Service: Excellent. The lady working there gave me a sample because it was my first time there. She was so nice!Price: I think it was $13 for a big soup and 5 buns! Excellent deal!Overall: I would definitely return."

"We visited the Museum on Saturday and the food at this little café was out of the ordinary and certainly not typical for museum food. We enjoyed the specialty sandwiches and the kids loved the homemade pizza and of course, the homemade cookies. The service was excellent and the staff were very attentive. Overall if you go to this museum, visit the café cause it will complete the experience that left us unhappy with the long waits when we arrived. They have Starbucks!"
