"Very nice sandwich shop next to SLU Campus. They have a robust menu of choices and sandwich sizes. Each sandwich is made from scratch and the bread is toasted, which is a really nice touch. What was most surprising was the fountain drink selection of classic, STL brands, including Frostie's Root Beer! The staff was a pleasure to talk to while we decided on our meals...their patience was a virtue. Looking forward to our next visit there."

"Went to check out the Tracy Carney karaoke show that now is operated on an every Monday night schedule. They also have a trvia contest on a Tuesday night, but I haven't participated in one yet. Had the Chilli hotdogs with a real small side of grilled onions. The hotdog was OK, but I should have asked them to toast the bun a little. It's a little pricy for just the hotdog, but it's supposed to be real beef."

"Wow! I was rightly blown away into the incredibly tasty burger I just had here. I had the mound city double and cheese pommes, I will admit the $20 dollar price tag seemed steep. the 20-minute waiting felt like waiting longer than I thought it should take, and candid 100%, without doubt these few complained quickly with a tsunami wavy of deliciousness away! the brot was perfectly fresh, the 2 pieces of meat were perfectly cooked and spiced by a goth! the cheese and Apple wood smoked speck added everything so well, I would go so far that this was the best burger I ever had! 10 of 10 recommend!"

"My Sweetheart Asriel and I were in the area on New Year's Eve. We wanted to grab a quick bite. My Sweetheart works at a local hospital and Steve's catered their lunch. It was my first time at Steve's. We enjoyed the food and conversation with the owner. I learned the history of how Steve's came to be! The atmosphere was very inviting and friendly! We definitely will be visiting again! Thank you!"

"It seems like no matter which Lion’s Choice you visit, you’ll have a good experience. Johnny, at this location, made this an outstanding visit. They featured a new platter menu that has the roast beef being served on Texas toast. They were out of TT this evening so Johnny insisted on providing us with 2 free drinks and 2 free orders of fries. It wasn’t even a question in his mind, he simply made a decision and owned it. That’s top notch customer service! I do suggest trying one of the new platter choices. And, if you’re at this location then say hi to Johnny."
