"Excellent Texas BBQ! We got the sample platter with brisket, ribs, chicken, and hot links. All of the meats were deliciously tender, we ate the brisket on the platter so fast I wish we got just more. It melted in your mouth and had great flavor with its crispy bark. I also think the hot links were fantastic, exploding in your mouth with a nice kick that lingers. I will say I do not think the sides were noteworthy here, except the Texas toast was delicious. The wait staff was all very nice, greeting us as we came in, and I was not able to ask but the man I think was the owner threw in some extra burnt ends on the platter and was very hospitable. I would gladly go back, and recommend you give it a try too!"
