"So we usually love Cha yes but as of late, the customer service has been terrible. I gave them a 1 star for upgrading our drinks to a large. We waited almost 30 min and they forgot to make our drinks. The young lady at the front cashier was nice but she failed to do her job well when all she did was talk for the last 25 minutes straight. I recommend cha yes to train the staff better to serve customers. Not only that the bobas were undercooked with black flakes all over our drink, im assuming the boba was burnt leaving a black flakey residue in our drinks."

"I would give it 3 stars for the boba and 5 stars for service. I ordered just a simple black tea with boba. The tea was good but the boba was a little mushy/soggy.The service was great. I have to give props to the lady behind the counter that had to deal with my high maintenance group haha."
