"Food: fantastic! Biscuits and gravy, super yum. That gravy has a kick to it y’all. Be prepared. Chicken biscuit sandwich for the kiddo was eaten down to the last crumb. The biscuit sandwich with apple butter sounded amazing in theory, however the apple butter was ice cold and ladled on so thick that it didn’t live up to the hype.Atmosphere: the dining area is easy and inviting. Lots of big tables for large parties.Service: a bit brisk, maybe because they are just banging out orders left and right.Random observation: The tables were super sticky. Maybe due to people loving on the maple syrup for their chicken waffles? No biggie. But I was surprised at the state of the bathrooms on the day we went. Especially after waiting what seemed like 15 mins to use the restroom after a staff member who seemed unfazed at leaving it without any toilet paper, paper towels or even flushing the toilet. I’ll chalk it up to a stressful Saturday, but it was an uncomfortable situation in an otherwise enjoyable setting."

"The worst experience I had in a long time. a big 0. I ordered a big box chicken, at 8:45 clock, Wednesday night. I asked for two koleslaws, the girl who grabbed the koleslawin, tortured the koleslawin in the box. I said they shouldn't throw the food of people. She ignored me. I asked the young man who puts the chicken in my order, I can talk to the manager. he said he was the manager. I said, “Do not have them throwing the koleslawin into the box,” he said, that is the way we pack our food. that will be the last time I visited this kfc. I felt dissatisfied and unimportant. I don't throw my dogs into his bowl. great customer service. no respect."
