"Had to change my 5 star review to one star. Was there on 8/21/2022 and they barely had any thing available to make the burrito bowls or anything else. A lot of what was available didn't look fresh. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for them to go get rice that was already cooked, out of the pot and season it. There were dirty pots and pans piled up on the prep table. The manager was right there working while this tall young guy walked around with other staff telling him multiple things were needed but he didn't do anything. And my chicken was burnt! There was also a group of people waiting for call in orders and did not look happy."

"Conveniently located inside a Sunoco station, BluTaco offers a small but mighty selection of tacos, burritos, nachos and more, all served quickly and happily. Like similar, but more expensive build your own Southwest restaurants, the customer chooses their filling option chicken, pork, or beef and then dresses it as they see fit with cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, finishing it off with one of three salsas. The packaging was clean and potentially reusable, which was another aspect I liked. My only issue (and four instead of five stars) related to the hours of service. I called to see when they were open and was told they served until 8 PM Monday through Friday; however, upon attempting to order something other than tacos, I was told all I could order after 2 PM was you guessed it TACOS. I would have opted for a burrito, but it was not to be. That typed, my tacos were fresh, flavorful, and served with a positive attitude. I will definitely be back, most likely before 2 PM."
