"Came here for dinner. Very friendly waiter and cute space inside. Typical Greek dishes on menu with emphasis on lamb dishes. For appetizers I tried the fried calamari which was OK, wouldn't recommend for 17. For mains I tried the eggplant veggie dish, lamb chops and lamb braised in red wine. The lamb chops were tasty but really tiny, it was 5 tint ones that were thin and wouldn't recommend. My favorite out of everything was the lamb braised in red wine. Meat was really tender and tasty. Overall good but not great. Really enjoyed the bread with olive oil they bring out at the start."

"This was our first time coming to Polly Claire’s, and we had a wonderful time! I highly recommend trying the Afternoon Tea at least once if you’ve never had the experience before. The majority of our food was delicious! I don’t normally like tea, but the ones I tried were very good. I even bought some from the gift shop! I think next time I will try some of the other food, but the Afternoon Tea was a great experience, and I’m so glad I tried it!As a note to the owner or manager, the sandwiches were prepared quite lazily. One example is that I had a finger sandwich with cucumbers and spread in one bite and just bread with literally nothing else in the remaining bites. Also there were a couple of items missing from one of my courses. And it seems that some items are just replaced without informing your guests. For such a lovely establishment and a $32 experience, I expected all of the food to be there and if items needed to be substituted or if the menu had changed, you need to let customers know upfront while they order instead of just bringing it out. Also, everyone at our table thought that our server was very rude. She made a few rude comments to people in our party. And I asked her if there was a specific ingredient in one of my courses and she said, “I don’t think so, but I don’t know for sure. I don’t know what all of the ingredients are, so unless it’s an allergy, I don’t know.” Well, it is an allergy, but she didn’t bother to ask or even find out if what I was inquiring about was in the food. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. All of these things together made my review 4 stars instead of 5. The food and teas were delicious though. If we’d had a different server and a little more care had been put into the preparation of the food, it would have been five stars for sure! Just something for the owner or manager to be aware of and hopefully fix."

"Update 4/26/22. Had their salmon this time. Truly impressive! Cooked to perfection, great flavor, attentive service. Update 3/10/22 Service was really great, very pleasant waitress. Food was delicious and came out quickly even during the lunch hour. The entire experience was very nice! Great job guys! Previous review: Always good food. Fresh salad, great bread, tasty pasta. If you're in the mood for quality Italian food, you won't be disappointed."

"We went for Easter brunch. It was family style. The food was delicious! The staff was amazing and even though my mother in law is picky and complained about everything, our waitress tried to make her happy. I told her not to worry and not to let my milget to her. We tipped her very well! She was a saint. We will be going back for other occasions but hopefully we can leave mymil at home! ;"
