"Requested no high top table and was seated at high top table. Received very little service from waitress. Waitress was ask for some forks and never appeared with them. Every time waitress walked and asked for something she kept saying she right back and never showed back to the table."

"We ordered catering for my daughter's graduation party this past weekend, and Delia was SO good at helping us pick a variety of items and sticking within our budget. Everything was wonderful! Guests loved it all. It seemed like so much food when they started bringing it in, but almost everything was gobbled up by the time we left. We were left with just a few pieces of pita bread, about 1/4 cup of rice, and a couple bottles of dressing. That was it! The hummus platter was scraped clean and not even a bit of lettuce was left on the falafel tray. We'd ordered 100 mixed pita wraps (they come individually boxed! , deboned chicken, rice, falafel platter, hummus platter, lots of pita bread, garlic sauce and salad dressing (we provided a salad . There was only one mix up; one tray that was labeled chicken shawarma without pickles was actually lamb shawarma without pickles. But all in all, everything was tasty and I will not hesitate to order from Palm Palace again should we have another such event."

"Went here after dropping off my chinchilla at the vet. No sense in sitting in my car without food. Because it was breakfast hours, they were busy, and I'm willing to bet short-staffed due to Covid. Wait was a bit longer than I expected in the drive-thru, but it was fine. I placed my order through the app to make it easier, and so they could start making my food. Cashier Melissa confirmed my order at the window, and she was so nice and efficient. Would go back just for her customer service! P.S. Not related to this visit, but please be kind to our service workers. With the pandemic going on so long, they've gotta be exhausted."

"We stopped here on the way to work. we waited 10 minutes for a trip thru. only 3 people before us. we ordered a 10pc mc nugget, sweet and sour sauce and a number 6. we are going to work. it takes about 15 minutes to get to work. they gave us a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a 10pc and honeysard instead of sweeter and acidic sauce. So I drove back 15 minutes. then I had to wait for 20 minutes. instead of saying, hey, keep this sandwich here is the new 10pc. and sweet and sour sauce they took everything back. at least they could have said they think it's their problems. but no, gas is still $4 a gallon and apparently I had to put almost an hour of my life on the hips because they can't put together a job. that's so wrong, on so many planes. I'm sorry I didn't see these reviews before I'm here."

"This was our first experience with Mama Satto. The waitress was very nice and we were seated quickly. However, it was obvious that they were understaffed as they enforce an 18% tip. Our sushi was room temperature and pricy for what we received. The bao...was shameful. We were given the thinnest slice possible of pork and the bun was firm and had a leathery texture. Our salad was meant to have a ginger-citrus vinaigrette but was plain. My disappointment is immeasurable, especially considering the good reviews."

"I've visited the place twice; the first time, they were so kind to bring me chips and salsa while waiting for my food. The second time but(while I didn't ask) they told me that chips would be free only if I would order any kind of drink(to change my mind from the cup(glass indeed) of water)...the water tasted very bad, and it wasn't even cold. I like the place though. Occasionally, a great place to see different Mexican costumes and have tasty food, at a not so cheap restaurant"
