"Had my wedding anniversary here with my husband and parents. We had one hot pot each. 2 meat and 2 vege. Very nice and very filling. When we wanted extra food they got it for us. <br>

"Heard about this eatery for a while and eventually arranged to have dinner last night. Located at the little Kuraby Square Village, this eatery did not have the advantage of situated at a prime location. However, the business sound established with plenty of regulars and take-away orders. Set-up is nice and show-cases the passion of the owner. Menu is broad and tries to offer more varieties to diners. Some of the dishes such as Deep Fried Fish Skin and Salmon Tataki, do not offer at other Japanese restaurant of the same type. Test-water the Sashimi (small) which was not bad but I still prefer the one that I had at the Sakura down the road. Sunset Fusion Sushi Roll again was good in terms of ingredients and taste but there is definitely rooms for improvement on color combination and plating skill. "Went here with the family on multiple previous occasions as one of our go-to roast duck and Oriental take-out dinners. Our most recent occasion was for dinner on a weeknight. We were quickly greeted and served menus as well as hot tea. We ordered half a roast duck, roast pork noodle soup, green vegies with garlic, and the special rice. The roast duck was lovely and juicy with crispy skin. The pork was well-cooked. The noodle soup, rice and vegies were standard with little faults. Service was quick and efficient.
