"If there was a rating below 1 star, Family Dog deserves it. We sat at the bar for 15 minutes on a Friday at 7:30 and we weren’t even acknowledged. The bar wasn’t even half full! The bartender was stacking glasses, chatting with co-workers, and doing other side work. She was completely uninterested in her 6 or 7 guests seated at the bar. We got up and left, which we have never done in our lives. Having worked in the service industry for years, I will always give front and back of house staff the benefit of the doubt, but taking a drink order is imperative and one of the more simpler tasks of a bartender. Unfortunately this place has steadily gone downhill over the past year or two. It gets by on its location and co-branding that uses one of America’s most beloved treasures, the Grateful Dead, to its advantage. Jerry Garcia would not approve. Even Bobby Weir would be pissed. The staff cannot be bothered to do the job they are there to do. With the exception of Byron, he’s the man."

"Went here with friends. Server was nice but didn’t listen to us most of the night. This place is expensive for no reason. I kept asking for a fork but they kept giving me spoons. Also it was all cheap plastic ware. We all ordered soda and it came as if they mixed it with water. We would have ordered water, but water was technically more expensive than the soda. Soda was 4 and water was 5. We order the salmon pasta, fried chicken and fish and grits. The fish and grits was terrible. Fish was made well but the grits weren’t seasoned and had no butter. It was supposed to come with a sauce with crawfish (crawfish was according to my server). It was just the fish on cold unseasoned grits. I asked to take it off so I could just share the pasta and instead they gave me another plate I didn’t order and stated afterwards that I wouldn’t have been able to send the food back unless I ordered something else. When I got the pasta it was like half of the portion as my friends. Fried chicken plate. Publix fried chicken is better. Greens were too sweet. We Switched the sweet potato purée for the macaroni and cheese. Bad decision. Worst Mac I’ve ever had. Pasta was good but was not worth $28. There were not that many people but the fact that we had to keep asking for things and it taking like 10 to 15 minutes for us to still not get anything was just the cherry on top. We never got forks that night. And will not be coming back,"

"This is not a good place to purchase food from... it's dirty, unsanitary, the food is horrible and they have really bad customer service.. on top of that they have rats and roaches. The owner of this company harasses customers and talks bad about their children. She has no respect for her customers, she is very disrespectful to them. The way the owner treats people makes them not want to never come back. I do not recommend this place to no one. I highly suggest you go somewhere where your service is welcomed and you are treated with respect. Thus place needs to be shut down."

"Do you want real NY-style pizza? This is your place! I've been regular for over 20 years and that's the only place I trust. I can't talk about toppings, but if you want good pizza, you'll love it. I'm from New Jersey and it reminds me of Mom Pop's places back home. My order is always a few cheesecakes (do not order any slices as you may not have the same experience. The cheese is perfect and tasteful and the crust is so good that you can eat on it alone. Owners and employees are wonderful and appreciate old and new customers."

"Online ordered for pickup, waited 30 minutes before you go to the restaurant. Then waited 20 minutes when he arrived. Luckily the food was good! Probably the best tasting shooters I had in a while."

"Great outside seating, decent food and some creative menu options at Roxx. Had Buffalo hot wings, and we ordered fried pickles (good) and pita bread with tzatziki for the table. Maybe next time will try Redneck Beignets!"
