"We did an online order for dinner tonight. While on the checkout page, the system said the soonest pick up time was 7:01 PM. I went ahead and submitted the order and it said pick up time was 7:10. Okay, no big deal.I get to the restaurant at 7:09, sit there for 3 minutes and no one comes out to the curbside area. So I call the number on the sign the girl that picked up the phone said it would be about 5 more mins for her to finish packing everything up. Same girl comes outside for me to sign the receipt and mentions adding a tip. I put down $5 because I do recognize she’s spending SOME time bagging up boxes and bringing them out to me and she makes sure to look down check the receipt as she’s walking back inside.At 7:30, my order is nowhere in sight. I decide to walk in and after about 3 minutes, the same girl walks out from the kitchen with my bags. I make a comment to her about the order being over 20 minutes late and ask what the problem was and she blatantly ignores me and starts walking away, even as I’m still trying to talk to her. Another woman (manager I’m assuming) comes out about 1 2 minutes later, asking if she can help me. I explain the situation to her, mentioning the attitude of the original girl and she basically just gives me a weak apology and asks if I want to go through the order with her to make sure everything is there. How about offering a partial refund? A credit for next time? An explanation for the delays and disrespect?All of these restaurants are telling us to “support” them with the struggling sales and tough economic times but they don’t actually seem to care about earning or maintaining repeat customers. A sincere apology, with reassurance that attitudes late orders would be reviewed and dealt with accordingly probably would’ve sufficed. But instead, I spend $75 and receive a meal that’s 25 minutes late, was half cold after a 2 minute drive home and had stale fries tortilla chips with a dip that tasted terrible. There are too many delicious restaurants in this immediate area with great servers and true customer service to justify me EVER returning to this establishment."

"My husband and I visited this place after our drive to Mt. Lemmon from Scottsdale It was our last day of our 2-week vacation from PA. Nice quiet atmosphere. Our server was great, had coconut shrimp and rice....tasted good, however, following morning woke up sick to my stomach and spent entire morning in the bathroom!! Not forgetting I had a plane to catch to fly back home, ate nothing all day.... the worst experience, and unfortunately I would NOT return ? Ricky business for sure."

"This place has great quality food. Unfortunately that is where all positives come to a screeching halt. Standing at the front of the house you are confused because the menu is not immediately apparent. Looking down on the counter they have their mail adverts laid out as the menu. Here 's where we got tricked. Their full menu is face up but their specialty pizza options are only mentioned on the backside of the advert. We ended up paying more for less. Their card machine was broken so they were only taking cash. Decor is dreary and old. Pool table is set up in a small space, and was Out of Order. Bathroom door was broken. So much was broken and service was so bad. Our pizza came out in a flash but my cold cut sandwich took HALF an HOUR after that to make?!?"

"Great food! Great experience. Loud dj music, amazing gastropub pub food, great staff , huge patio with lounge style seating around fire pits, corn hole, ping pong. Great for large groups. If u don’t like loud music it is not for you. But the DJ was excellent too."
