"McDonald's Restaurants are everywhere and some stand out because of service and attention while others are either average or poor. I'm convinced this is due to Management and raising the bar from the leadership level.This McDonald's store would land as average. They are generally kind, but not great. Lately I've avoided this store because they are commonly out of certain items by the end of the day. In this generation, McDonald's has picked up the reputation for screwing up orders. This particular store has been guilty of doing this. Hence, the average score."

"Found a piece of plastic in my friends big chocolate shake, before further inspection we thought it was a finger nail (thanks it wasn't, but tonight staff (someone planned on the drive thru on 1. July between 1:30-2:30AM was amazing. First they had an amazing attitude, including the manager. They could also see that the comfort staff with the higher ones. Thanks to the administration on the ground they were easy to make a moment right. At first we had only wished for a simple refund or if the refund could not happen, a simple loan failure would have worked for a future purchase. Instead, they went beyond and beyond. Beautiful communication, a full money refund, a replacement of a new drink, AND 4 different vouchers for a full value meal (value of around $40-$60 . The staff here is amazing and has really done much more than I expected from any other late night McDonalds anywhere in this city. Will absolutely return:"

"The lovely double drive thru (horrible idea) the right side speaker was not working, so the employee was taking all the order's on the Left side after 2 cars went ahead of us and still no answer through the speaker we just drove up to the window. When we got to the window to inform the employee that no one had taken our order and something might be wrong with that speaker, she apologized, took our order, and proceeded to not charge us for our drinks. Great employee service from Ocoee but terrible Drive-Thru service everywhere not just this McDonalds. Your damned if you go into the restaurant or go through the drive thru."

"Seriously this Mcdonalds is totally dirty and beyond disgusting. Lots of homeless people there who ask anybody for money. Plus they harass the customers, and staff does nothing about it. Bad management. Not recommended."

"I’m normally a big fan of mcdonald’s poutine as far as fast food poutines go.last night the one I got from this location was absolutely TERRIBLE. it was lukewarm, the cheese had zero melt to it, the the cheese was as cold as my fridge. disgusting."

"We usually get stuck going to the hell hole Milton McDonalds. When we went to this McDonalds, I thought we entered an alternate reality. Clean restaurant, bathroom doors that work, toilet paper, a hand dryer that works, staff and someone not only at the till but they actually acknowledge you are alive. I saw people getting ice cream cones that were actually taller than 3 inches high. There was even a picture on the machine to show the staff the size it should be. We got a McFlurry and they didn 't charge us extra for the topping that went into it. Hey, at Milton they charged me extra for the topping in the McFlurry. If not, they were just going to give me the 3/4 full ice cream in the cup. I know right, how cheap can they be?? I asked them, wouldn 't it be just a Mc Ice Cream? Not at this McDonalds, the service, the time to get your product and the accuracy of your order and the quality was great. I will definitely be going here more often."
