"Nice looking place, good food but the service ruined it for me. I ate drank at the bar on a mellow evening. Took 15 minutes for Michael, the mustached bartender, to begrudgingly acknowledge that I wanted to be served. When asked what bourbon he had it was a grunt towards the mirror. Another 15 minutes when I was able to flag him down to order a burger (very good, my complements to the chef! . It was delivered with no silverware, napkin, water refill. Other customers had similar experiences while I waited. Providing a non-fluid evening. If this location looks to remain open, they will need to address this individual. I understand the Utah economy is thriving which results in limited talent for these roles. Given the prices here, I would look at what it would take to get individuals who actually care."
