"I ate at the Visalia location on August 24, I ordered the Wednesday special. 7oz Steak and 4oz Lobster with 2 sides. I ordered the seafood stuffed mushrooms. They were the smallest 6 mushrooms, I 'd ever seen. They were very rubbery, I can 't recommend, there were only 2 other tables in restaurant at lunchtime. Something happened with my steak, I ordered Med rare. But it must have only been on the grill for 10 seconds. It was bright red, more like a steak tar tar. I should have sent it back but the table across from me was arguing and I couldn 't relax. That was my fault. The back potato was extremely small. The broccoli was fine. Let me say what I had the greatest cheddar biscuits, and the greatest full bodied Coffee. The Server was excellent, she 'd moved from Arizona. I saw the Manager bent down trying to appease 3 woman who had an issue one table away. She was kind and gentle with them. I felt they want their Customers to be happy. I used to eat at a Red Lobster every week but stopped because, I wanted my Lobster to glisten as the top chefs say , at that time it was a 1 lbs plus Lobster and that didn 't happen. Every restaurant has a bad day and both tables around me weren 't happy. It was my Birthday and I wanted a good meal and peace. Again excellent Server, biscuits and coffee."

"Second time I 've been here and it is soooo delicious. My husband took me out for a Mother 's day dinner and it was so good. The only thing we weren 't crazy about was our service. The guy took forever to bring us utensils and napkins as well as condiments.I was serviced a salad before my meal and it literally took him 10 minutes after we asked for utensils. My husband had to get upand go ask for a fork so we could eat our salads. I get it was busy two days after as it was Mother 's day for latina moms butnot everyone there was celebrating and he was cleaning tables instead of being attentive. He received NO TIP!!"
