"I have been to Erik the Red 2x now. The food and the atmosphere are great however the waitstaff absolutely suck. Our first time there our waitress forgot to put in our order and we waited for over two hours for our entire dining experience. When we finally noticed that people would come in after us for getting the food before us, we flagged her over she said she acted like she had never seen us before. We had asked where our food was, she asked if we ordered and we said yes then asked who our waitress was and we said her! She quickly went through her notebook and seen that we had placed our order quite a while back. She promptly put our food in and we received it fairly quickly but that was ridiculous. You should also let your waitstaff know that when salads and appetizers are ordered they should come out before the meal."

"This was my first time here and I have never tasted a salad and ribs that were so good. It was a blt salad with bleu cheese crumbles and the ribs had their own homemade barbeque sauce. The food was also reasonably priced. The specialty drinks were a little pricey at 10.00 plus but the pints were average priced at 6.00 and up."
