"This little place is like going back to France. We were immediately greeted and brought to a small stand behind the bar. I had mentioned in the Rez that it was my mother bday and they had a handwritten card for her on the table and then brought champagne! Nice touch. The oysters were amazing, Hamachi was so fresh and the scallops in brown butter....OMG. melted in the mouth. We also got the lobster rolls where they were delicious and had so much lobster... worth the money. Our only thing was that if we were allowed vines, we were pampered in CA. So the wine selections that are mostly French were probably very good, we stubbled to find a big enough taxi to taste. (We would have got a cocktail if we really wanted it). Either way, you need to go here if you enjoy excellent food and appreciate a very illuminated small French hole-in-the-wall that does not pretentious."

Look forward to the diverse, fine Mexican cuisine, traditionally prepared with corn, beans and chilies (hot peppers).

"I met a friend for birthday dinner. she had the lobster rolls. I had the sea bass over vegetables (broccollini) quinoa salat with lobster sauce. I can't testify to the lobster roll, because I didn't taste it, even though there were no complaints. I can say that my soul bass was amazing! I ate every mouthwatering idiot! so good! also our server, candace, was wonderful! the only part was that it was a bit warm, with the windows open. in any case it is worth going back."

"The food was great and the service was fast. My only complaint is the lighting was so dark we could barely see eachother across the table and with kids that makes dining a little complicated."

"Rincon Market is ridiculous. The only reason why any body should go there is if they don’t feel like stopping at any other place that’s cheaper, (which makes no sense) Everything is over priced… WAY over priced. The hot deli where you can be served breakfast or lunch is outrageous. Everything that they serve is poor quality, and sometimes even reused for the next day. And the variety, well what variety? Not to mention they raise their prices about every other day because of “gas prices and rising food prices” to keep up with business… Yet they have enough money to buy new furniture and advertisements for their store instead of thinking about making the customers happy. Sneaking high prices in while shrinking portion sizes is what their all about. For instance, they raised the prices of their drinks but the cups shrank in size. And the bakery is pathetic, with over priced pastries that aren’t even made on the premises. And the very few items that are made there taste poor in quality. And everything is kept in the open air for flies to feast on. Not to mention most of the cooks and bakers don’t ever where gloves. Sound decedent? Certainly not to me… And the owners, well, they are just fake not to mention greedy. And think your getting good deals on groceries, well think again. What you’re buying is twice almost three times the price as it is elsewhere. For example, their produce is bought from Sunflower Market and re wrapped and sold there for double the price and half the portion. Sound fair? Certainly not to me. In my opinion if want something to eat go to Mcdonald’s it’s cheaper. And something to drink, well go to Circle K and get a 54 ounce soda for 99 cents. Rincon Market, not what all neighborhood markets should be like."

"It was an amazing visit all around. Pablo was very nice and efficient, the food was great, the music was jazz and wonderfully full of New Orleans flavor, who graciously played Happy Birthday for my daughter's 30th birthday. Great customer service by all the team members."
