"Sharis Restaurant on Pioneer Parkway Q St is far from a family restaurant. It is no more than a Coffee House with mediocre food. The food and coffee are overpriced and the service needs to be completely overhauled. My lady and I upon entering stood there at the door for three minutes waiting to be seated. (Four servers, one hostess one Manager Lots of empty seating and no one taking care of the customers. When it came time to go the server dropped the bill on our table. I handed her my card and asked her to cash us out. She said that it was against their policy and that I would have to take the bill to the cash register and do it myself. We stood at the cash register for over four minutes being ignored by the hostess/cashier, the servers and the manager. Later when I complained I was told by the manager that it was his policy and he was not changing it. The server was livid to think that we expected her to be our cashier from the table and made a comment that (THIS Was NOT APPLEBEES That server was right it wasnt and her TIP or lack of it reflected the service that we did not receive. Sharis is one step below Dennys and we will never go there again. Sharis It is just a mediocre coffee shop with bad service."
