"Sophisticated fare served in convivial ambiance by a talented, knowledgeable staff. Saturday afternoon brunch at The Pritchard allowed my dear friend and me to experience some delicacies that were new to us as we caught up and re-bonded. Our server seemed to understand that this was a girls lunch full of deep conversation piqued with laughter. He never rushed us, and patiently, skillfully explained the menu and wines for us, allowing us to sample wines before we committed to a glass. Unexpectedly, the sweet gal behind the bar presented us with a plate of arancini balls resting in fresh pea shoot pesto. While the arancini frites could have stood alone, the pea shoot pesto knocked it out of the park. Ewe cheese, quince, and mousse truffle tantalized our palettes as we sipped New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. We shared a plate of Brussels sprouts, sublimely roasted with peaky chunks of chorizo while sipping seasonal, fruity Beaujolais. It was such a pleasure to be served by people who are impassioned by their profession and take pride in their establishment. Two ICU nurses healing heart wounds were cared for at The Pritchard. We extend our thanks and appreciation for your craft."
