"My husband and I love this bistro. Adjacent is one of the best patisserie in town. We have been coming here for years for their mousse chocolat and fruit tarts. French pastries are intense and flavorful, rather than sweet and heavy like their German and...American counterparts. Then we discovered the Bauernfrühstuck (farmer's breakfast) lightly browned potato cooked with egg and bacon and served with seasonal salad topped by a delicately tart dressing and pickle halves. The dish comes with my favorite( baguette with butter from Normandy. I normally never eat white bread or butter, but these are so good that I wolf them down like I'm never going to have them again. The portions are generous and they will gladly bring you more baguette to soak up the rest of the butter. And all this for Afterwards, go next door and get some of the best cakes you will ever eat to bring home. Life can hardly get better than this :o)"

"I have only been once to this place so I hope my experience was an exception, however I'm not keen on going back. We went for breakfast on Saturday morning, hungry and happy to choose one of their breakfasts that they had written on the chalk Board (no prices displayed of course). Unfortunately they don't have any menue that explains what can be expected when ordering a sweet, savory or other breakfast. Our waitress was nice enough to get our order for our drinks and recommended a Berry Joghurt Smoothie which turned out to cost 4,60€ pretty expensive if you ask me. After we had our drinks we were waiting, waiting, waiting... Also several reminders that we would like to order didn't help us. Our table neighbours already warned us that they waited for 40minutes for their breakfast to be served but since there weren't a smany clients left we decided not to give up. Our waitress promised to get back to us but then decided to first serve everyone else and even after that didnt want to get back to us. I really felt insulted. So we finished our drinks, got up still hungry, and I went to the desk and paid my bill. I wont come back to this place. A pity, it really looked nice. For this fact and fo the fact that at least the smoothie tasted good 2 stars."

"I was staying in nearby hotel on business and decided to eat here. Staff were all very friendly and hospitable. Options were varied I had a Tuna and egg salad as a starter and grilled chicken with frites and vegetables as a main. Both...courses were delicious and main meal hot. Portions were large and rolls were also offered. Nice touch is the wee drink delivered with the billi had a schnapps. Great value too and would strongly recommend"
