"We liked it. Very warming for a winters evening but compared to the much fresher, not as thick Udon in Honolulu, more like a food court one. The One in Honolulu also had a tad more flavour and was more generous with their meat servings. Very spacious eatery though unlike the very squashy one in Hawaii."

"Food is tasty and one of the more authentic restaurants I have been to. Belacan fried rice was very delicious just right amount of heat, belacan, and charred smokey taste. Tofu dish was also good not too salty. Wat tan hor was authentic with good amount of ingredients unlike some places I have been to which served noodles, some pieces of carrots and call it a day. They only accept cash tho."

"EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!<br/>We waited for minutes before someone took our order, and another mins to get cutlery and more minutes for our food.! What was worse, several people who came in after us and got their food way before we did! Either they need to hire more competent wait staff or warn their customers to wait for a long time before they can eat something!"

I knew the name was familiar, think I've seen this place in China town somewhere...couldn't put my finger on it but oh well we were in Chatswood and we wanted Ramen so Wah La! <br>

Okay the Miso Tonkatsu ramen! Noodles very elastic...or in Chinese we call it "teeth bouncing" who invented this phrase and how high were they...? Topping wise, Id say okay bit stingy...I mean I've seen other places be more generous in regards to bamboo shoots and corn; oh and not a slice of Chashu but hey the scattered traces of diced braised pork belly was different - Id say an acceptable. After all Ramen is about the noodles, soup and bamboo shoots; yes the one topping I care about...Now the soup! Are you being sly and putting Butter in your miso soup Hakata...! Honestly I can't even quite remember how long ago I've seen butter as a topping but...

"Pretty close to my Taipei home cooking. Easy, cheap and fast take away with varieties of small side dish to choose from. I highly recommended three side dishes with rice. And definitely you should try their omelet egg with tomato! Their fish dishes are also great. Simple things in life are really the best ^_^ll"
