"Food is NOT GREAT NOR GOOD. We a party of 9. All our beans had zero salt. And cold. The supposedly hand made tortillas were ridiculous thick. More like a sope yes. I guarantee it's no a mexican making them. The fajitas were 80 percent veggies and 20 percent meat. This restaurant can't be any cheaper. I asked for a chile toriado it came almost at the end. The kids burritos are actually taco flour tortillas the smallest there can be in the grocery store. It was my birthday and was brought a old and saggy taste piece of cheesecake. The conclusion is that there cheap and don't care about quality. THEY Go around to fill plates.. to profit. The waiter didn't even come to see if okay or if we needed anything. Oh but they sure put their own gratitude on the bill even do the service was the worst. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT."

"My favorite tacos on the northwest side of Chicago. The Al Pastor is great. Bistec Encebollado is made per order. Their salsa is delicious. Overall, the food is on point. Prices have creeped up after the pandemic, but at least the menus have printed prices now instead of pieces of tape covering the price with no or inaccurate pricing. The service is hit and miss, but as long as I get my fix, I'm good. The atmosphere is a scrappy rustic theme. The food has never disappointed me."

"I only gave this place star because I couldn’t give it zero stars!!! The food was terrible from the tamales to the tortes to the quesadillas and I ended up throwing up before we even left the restaurant. It literally tasted like they got our food out of the trash and I wouldn’t recommend this spot to no one! They are given a lot of stars online in their reviews but keep in mind that could be family and friends and friends of friends giving these bogus ratings because it was terrible ? even the service was terrible and I’m not the type that would run out on a bill I will pay but will never go back again and do just what I’m doing give them a bad review! Don’t waste your time or money!"
