"Prime location in downtown Flagstaff, Collins Irish Pub and Grill is a fine eatery that caters to your pallette. The menu is diverse and offers an array of choices from sides to main entrees. The atmosphere is cozy yet festive. The service was fast and efficient, dinner was served up with 'zero ' lag and no idle time waiting around. I ordered the Soup and Salad, Main entree with fries (Jalapeno Burger) and Vegetable medley. The food overall was excellent the soup was good, the salad was exceptional. The medley is quality and the Jalapeno burger I don 't recommend however was extra filling and with fries was 'over the top '. -Too much food really for one sitting. ...I thought about splurging and filling up on as much calories as possible before setting out for the Grand Canyon in the morning. All my needs were satisfied here at Collins Irish Pub and Grill. Plenty of restored energy to keep in reserves for that special hike. Overall fine dining experience recommend for dinner or lunch. Best location in Flagstaff."

"Huevos rancheros !!! Best ever!!! I hope you get the chef I got to make one of the best I've ever eaten! The portion was huge and I'm sorry I didn't take a picture but I highly recommend it. Also I ordered hash browns on the side. On the menu it doesn't state that hash browns are included. Also the pork underneath the eggs was a delight because I was thinking ground pork lightly in the Red chili sauce. But it was chunky and amazing. I'll order it again when I drive thru!!"

"Nashville to Amarillo to Taos to Scottsdale Traveling stopped in Winslow Az standing on the corner at 6am nothing was open for 2 hours so I continued West driving along Route 66 looking for a Breakfast saw the place and knew it was good when I several flatbed trucks there and Aretha was playing loud. America needs more like this! Loved the Artwork on the walls!"

Specials are actually less in price unlike the chain restaurants that advertise specials and the price is the same as in the menu. The food is homemade by cooks who have worked for the Crown for many years."

"This is a good one! Everything about it was great. Our server was awesome, she answered every question and checked on us every few minutes. I had the Santa Cruz burger with a side of delicious fried mushrooms and my wife had the salmon. Both were fantastic! Mine was so good I had to get a BLT to take to my room . Which I’m proud to say I recently ate . No surprise… DELICIOUS!"
