"AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE STAFF DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Our family booked last week for a table this afternoon at this restaurant for x4 at 13.00. We amended our booking at 09.40 the morning of via the website to push back our booking until 14.30 as we were travelling a long way to get to Portsmouth. We had email confirmation for our time change and were excited to eat here. Arriving on time we were met by the rudest and most unhelpful waitress who stated our booking was not found. After showing her our email confirmation she began to lie and say we were late for our booking, despite showing us on her tablet a booking for 14.30 in our name, clearly giving away our table by accident. After this the manager was even more confrontational and outright rude made a scene and embarrassed us infront of the whole restaurant. No care for a mistake that their system made. We understand computer systems may not update but to treat people the way they did and tell us we were late for a booking that was clearly changed is unacceptable. I wouldn’t waste your time or money to people who disrespect their customers like that. HORRIBLE PEOPLE."
