"I was in town from Seattle with other business associates. We come to Poke Bros every time we are in town. Never had issues with the food before. Unfortunately, the raw fish and sauce was very salty, rice was hard, seaweed salad was also salty and tasted spoiled. This experience of the food was extremely disappointing. Im born and raised in Hawaii, grew up working in restaurants and making food for luau's. Poke is an everyday staple and I know what Poke should taste like and this was not it, not even close. I brought a few of my co-workers to also taste the Poke, which again was very disappointing. One of the co-workers got sick. Not sure what has changed, but I, as well as my co-workers, definitely will not be returning to this place to eat.In Hawaii, we take pride in our food and what our culture represents. It is not just a name to be used to make money and put out poorly kept food. Gene"

"Good service here and the food is always a vibe. All the good deals like happy hour are at the bar only, which sucks, but also the norm at most chain restaurants, so can't complain. I did take a point away for the food being on the greasy side, but nothing a good beer can't wash away. Good for sharing with friends."

"Skip getting the family size chicken tortilla soup,just two large containers of mostly broth.. talks you up about getting chips, salsa and fresh guacamole- but they only gave us stale chips. Even door dash wouldnt give credits for the error."

"Islands Restaurant in Sherman Oaks on Ventura Boulevard is a tasty place for a quick bite with a beer. The menu includes 'islander ' favorites like the Shorebird (a chicken breast sandwich with tomato, lettuce and pickles). Hamburgers have surf names like Longboarder which has 1000 Island Dressing or Pipeline which has chili and cheddar cheese. Their Tortilla Soup is the bomb. My absolute favorite here of all Tortilla Soups. Islands no longer offers a side with their meals so if you want fries, they are extra and a bigger portion, obviously. Parking on the street is limited but there is parking in the back in an attached parking garage. I have not had a hard time finding a parking spot yet, I hope I am not jinxed now for saying so. Service here has always been friendly and quick. Tonight our table was checked on atleast five times. Our waiter offered menu selection ideas and dessert, Chocolate Lava or a Kona Pie. Sounds delicious! There are many t.v 's for viewing sporting events or the Olympics in our case. Nice, big screens. The bar is inviting also with seating and t.v. screens. There is an outdoor dining patio in a loggia type setting visible to foot traffic. The breeze is nice. Four stars, because quite frankly the food is 'bar type ' food. Nothing really craveable but tasty enough to want to visit the 'Island ' again."

"What a beautiful discovery! location in a dedicated and silent square not far from the center of caveferrata. local open recently we have been to dinner with friends of the castles . nice location, excellent service as it is overwhelmed by the passion of the owner both for the food excellent raw materials with dishes often fusion) and for the wine (finally a rare recommended every dish made of meat . interesting but not tried the choice to combine to each dish a cocktail. Good desserts. higher price than average but there is ."
