"I love their oatmeal, but after I bought the overnight oats for my mother who was staying in the hospital, I asked if they could heat it up a little and they refused. Otherwise they would've gotten 5 stars."

"This hotel is absolutely amazing however, the new General Manager Kay Washington, she is extremely unprofessional, extremely rude, and extremely insulting. She definitely should not be in the position to run this hotel or any business as she does not have any customer service and/or professional skills.. There is not enough room for me to go into all the details and actions this General Manager Kay took to try and sabotage our event, it’s ridiculous!!!!! The other staff is amazing! Alison is the manager of sales and she host all the events, she is absolutely amazing and she should definitely be in the position to run this hotel. She is extremely professional, empathetic, and has great customer service skills . Alison went above and beyond to make sure all guest were comfortable and our event went as planned . This is our 2nd year having an event at this location , if the same General Manager Kay has anything to do with this hotel next year, we will definitely take our business elsewhere , Kay Washington is awful and definitely not one I would have represent my brand . Not to mention when the event was over , Kay the general manager, purposely had the elevators shut off and all 300 guest had to walk down 15 flights of stairs ! Many had on heels and even disabilities. This is one of many issues . She obviously has power trip issues as well based on how she spoke to us , her staff and our guest."
