"Concept restaurant that thinks that serving little is classy; this may be true in certain cases but it is not the case here, the portions are ridiculous both on the plate and in the glass; the raw materials are worked from less noble pieces. Angus beef achieves the feat of having more bones and fat than meat. We can always console ourselves by saying that there is collagen, and that it is good for our health...
