"Wow! Seven of us needed feeding. Called ahead for takeout. Everything was ready on time, hot, and really, really, good. We grew up in Chicago, so we know from this cuisine. The portions were good, the prices reasonable, and everything was lovely. Big salads. Good fries. Great gyros. Flavors spot on. Highly recommended. Worth a detour. Nice seating both inside and out. Really impressive."

"Food was very good, as were the beverages (I had a Lost Sailor) and my wife had a Winter Sangria. The only thing making this a 4 instead of 5 rating was the below average service. Our waitress was not very personable, nor very attentive (she didn't really stop by our table and ask how we were doing during our visit, food was delivered with out a word). Other than that, excellent food and drink. We'll be back."

"Was there for a Bachelor weekend, so it was my first time there. our server was amazing. I think her name was mary. she had 10 of us plus some other tables, and we've never been drinking. she did a great job. her eating was amazing. our app was calamari. it was perfectly fried. it was not fat or gumy, as calamari can do when it is over. the baked mushrooms were amazing, as well as the fried pickel. I had a shrimp-peak boy with hand-cut sweet potatoes. I love that they are thin so they are crispy, not so tender. the Po-Junge was amazing. many seafood pools I used the small frozen garnels, not this. it was fresher garnel that was big and plump. and they put it with garnels. enough that I unfortunately dropped some on the floor. her portions are great and she doesn't sneak with the garnel! When I'm ever in michigan, I'll be back. we had a wait for dinner, but it was worth it. they were busy. but you won't be sorry to go there."
