"Nestled next to Autzen Stadium right on the waterfront, this place is an icon of the city of Eugene. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone in this town who isn't familiar with the name Kowloons whether it be frequenting the restaurant, ordering take out, or hanging out at The City which was it's night club.. Until about 6 years ago, when the business was sold to new owner, this was most likely the best chinese food anywhere around. Food was excellent, portions were large, everything was made fresh in house. Since then however, it has gone steadily downhill. Food was mediocre at best, all the sauces and hot mustard came in packets, portions were small until finally (unfortunately) the new owner ran the business into the ground and Kowloons is now, sadly, closed for good. It will be greatly missed."
